Cut into piece and mixture ans eat it.

You can include papaya also..It is very helpful for digestion and one of the best fruit considered while making fruit salad.

You can also add oranges. They are very good for digestion.

Nice chart, Of course they all fruits are good for health and they are very helpful for digestion. I think carrots and tomatoes salads are good chart which a lot beneficial to maintain our health.

jUICY FRUITS SHOULD BE KEPT SEPARATED TO CONSUME WHEN FEELING TIRED. sOME OF THEM INCLUDE WATERMELON, KIWI, MUSKMELON, ORANGE, MANGO. Fruits like apple pineapple and banana must be consumed on a regular basis.
