I just found the some great info at Healthy Vegetarian Kids that gives FREE reports and audio downloads on how to cook healthy meals for your vegetarian kids - and great recipes in their bi-monthly "Veggie Tidbits" email.

If your kids want to turn vegan, that means they are showing compassion and kindness to other creatures!
A vegan saves 100 animals a year...save lives! Exclamation
